Spencer and Heidi are reportedly ready to actually tie the knot for real this time, in a ceremony to take place on April 25.
E! News is reporting that the pair will wed on April 25 at a ceremony in Pasedina that will be attended by about 110 guests. They will say their “I Do’s” as the sun sets.
