CHARGED! Farton is goin’ to court!

Who, me?Yes, you!Mischa Barton is oficially going to court!  This former O.C. star has been charged with misdemeanor DUI and posession of marijuana, stemming from her December arrest.  Barton is also facing charges for driving without a licence.  Her arraignment will be on Thursday.
