The whiner Nick Hogan was moved out of solitary confinement this week and put into a general population.After complaining to his parents and phone calls and action from his lawyer a Florida judge decided to move the youngest Hogan into a population with 3 other juviniles that had been tried as adults also.
The judge called the procedure standard.
Hogan has about 7 months left on his sentence.
Hopefully he can handle himself with these 3 other boys.
