Cedric the Entertainer and Bernie Mac were stars together on The Original Kings of Comedy, so naturally he had a tough time dealing with the passing of his friend. Mac died unexpectedly last weekend due to complications of pneumonia which left his family stunned.
Cedric has spoken out about the type of man Bernie was, so I’d say he is going to have a hard time understanding why a hate filled organization is making certain claims about the late comedy ledgend.
Says Cedric;
“He loved his wife and daughter and took care of his sister’s kids,”
“He cared about the people he loved most and protected them,”
The Westboro Baptist Church disagrees in the type of person he was, and plans to protest his memorial service. Here’s the flyer taken from their site:
