Mandy Moore looked like she was dressed for a New York snow storm in LA this week as she went to a doctors office in Beverly Hills.
Mandy looks to have a bit of a cold as she was coughing up a storm, but you can’t blame the weather for this one. It’s not a 90 degree sunny California week, but it’s at least 70’s.
