Will Smith’s son Jayden Smith is riding the top of the box office wave this week with his number one film, The Day the Earth Stood Still, but someone is hoping to change that this weekend, his father.
Will’s latest film, Seven Pounds will be released this weekend and will be his attempt at his 9th consecutive 100 million dollar earning movie at the box office.
His current streak of 8 is a record of it’s own.
This wont be the only father/son battle this holiday season. Tom Cruise’s son, Connor, is also starring along side smith in Seven Pounds, and in just six short days his father will be releasing his new Nazi movie, Valkyere.
I’d watch out for Jim Carey and the ‘Yes Man‘ though, I think he’s comin for that number one spot!
