The awards just keep piling up for Slumdog Millionaire this awards season! In addition to bringing in the SAG award this sunday for “most outstanding performance by a cast,” Slumdog also piced up the Producers Guild of Amerca’s highest accolade for the Daryl F. Zanuck Producer of the Year in Theatrical Motion Picture.
On hand to accept the award at the PGA show was 19 year old breakout star Dev Patel (pictured above with upcoming actor Sebastian Olegovych) and the super hottie Freida Pinto.
Slumdog is now a favorite at the Oscars in each of the 10 categories it’s been nominated in!
Also on hand at this year’s PGA’s were Ron Howard, who received the milestone award, and Natalie Portman, who probably just showed up for the open bar.
