This is like something straight out of Gossip Girl.
You remember the stories about GG star Leighton Meester’s mother being pregnant with her while serving time, but now it’s her brother whos past is coming up and casting a shadow on one of America’s favorite new stars.
L’s got a brother named Douglas, who was involved in a high profile sex case while he was serving time in the United States Airforce.
Apparently D was accused of rape and sodomy of a female, but as it turns out, their level intoxication at the time muddied the circumstances, with the woman even admitting that she “knew for a fact that he probably thought what we were doing was consensual.”
Why take it to court then?
D didn’t get off that easy though, he exchanged the rape charge for a guilty plea for “conduct unbecoming of an officer, dereliction of duty, and committing an indecent act.” He was slapped on the wrist and with a bill of $2,000.
