A judge threw out a 50 million dollar lawsuit filed against 50 cent by an ex this morning, who claimed that the rapped went back on his promise of taking care of her for the rest of his life.
Shaniqua Tompkins told the judge that 50 promised her half of everything he ever made if he made it big, and has only been paying her what is ordered by a court to support their 11-year-old son.
The NYC judge said this was a case of “an unfortunate tale of a love relationship gone sour.”
Tompkins lawyer said he would consider an appeal.
