Mischa Barton wont be taking up a residency on Melrose Place when the CW brings the original series back for a 90210 esque remake.
Though there were reports she was auditioning for a role on the series, but it looks like for now you’re going to have to settle for just Ashlee Simpson-Wentz.
Your telly wont be Micha free though, Barton has got herself a role in another CW pilot called A Beautiful Life.
The show will be based on a group of new up and coming models in NYC who share an apartment together. Barton’s role, will be of an older super model, who fears her career to an end with the pressure of the new talent.
Might be nice to see Marissa Cooper all grown up and back on the screen again.. Might not.
