Promoters for Michael Jackson’s sold out shows at the O2 this year are suing a ticketing company after they claim an agreement was broken.
A spokesperson for AEG has accused Viagogo of breaking an agreement not to sell tickets to touts or other brokers – and threatened an injunction to protect the deal.
Apparently, they stumbled across an e-mail sent to brokers and touts offering them tickets for the sold out shows for sale.
Randy Phillips, chief exec of AEG says they are going to come down very hard on Viagogo.
