Kate Walsh and her husband Alex Walsh split up after just a year or so of marriage, and naturally the nobody ex husband is headed straight for the Private Practice stars cash!!
Walsh filed papers in an LA court early this morning seeking more time to asses her possessions and figure out how much it was all worth in order to keep her ex from bleeding her dry Linda Hogan style.
There should be a law about a short term marrige and how much you can receieve from it!
