I passionately believe that all drugs should be legalized. Some celebs make excellent poster children for this cause – for example, Robert Downey, Jr. and Pete Doherty. They’re both brilliant artists who happen to like tempting death. It is a waste of our tax dollars and a violation of their freedoms to harsh their mellow with arrest every time they shoot up. Tom Sizemore is not one of those celebrities. Damn, Tom, you sure make it hard to paint you as a victim of our nation’s stupider laws when you keep breaking the good ones – like that one prohibiting us from hitting each other.
TMZ is reporting that Tom was arresting in Los Angeles on a misdemeanor domestic battery case last night. Bail is 20 grand. Tom hasn’t posted yet, if you can believe it. Tom was last arrested 70 days ago.
