People magazine is reporting that DJ AM was allegedly found with nine Oxycontin pills in his stomach and another one – unswallowed – in his mouth.
An unnamed police official is quoted as saying that the findings represent the death as an obvious suicide – and one that took just a matter of minutes.
Says the source:
“He wanted to die. He was going unconscious when he took the last one. He didn’t even swallow it.”
The article also states that a valentine’s day card from ex-girlfriend Haley Wood was found near his body, although Wood has released a statement saying that the two were together at his time of death. Friends of DJ AM AKA Adam Goldstein have said that they believe the death was an accidental overdose. But the source believes:
“He smoked a lot of crack, barricaded the doors, and killed himself.”
