Last October Sean Penn had a violent encounter with photographer Jordan Dawes, where the Oscar winning actor assaulted him and broke his camera.
The actor has already been charged with two counts of criminal battery and vandalism, but now the photographer is trying to hit him where it counts.
Dawes is suing Penn over a claim that he was threatened with his life, claiming the actor told him; “The next time I see you, you will be in a box.”
Unnecessary perhaps, but probably just a tactic to make things more difficult for Penn.
In some native tongue we call that a “d*ck move.”
