Even with the Jersey Shore cast on lock down from Twitter and Facebook while filming season two in Miami, they still find ways to stir up drama!
Monday it was reported that Snooki had broken up with her nobody boyfriend, Emilio, after he was caught cheating with girls from facebook.
Snooki is banned from the Twitter service to tell her side of the story, but Emilio took to his page to address;

Emilio even got one of his friends vouching for him to Hollywoodlife.com that he’s never cheated, and was sleeping on their couch the night of the incident.
Fast forward to last night. In Miami, Snooki was caught locking lips with Mike “The Situation” at a nightclub. The link appeared on TMZ this morning.

So is this MTV’s brilliant writing tied into real life setting up a face to face show down between Emilio and Sitch when the cast returns to Jersey this summer?
Or is Emilio the victim here? Either way, Snooki has got herself a situation!
We think old Emilio is in on it, and it’s just a definite way to get his name in the press! Smart under all those muscles.
