After having her passport “stolen” and not being able to get on a flight back to LA from France in time, Lindsay Lohan naturally missed her mandatory court appearance in Los Angeles this morning.
She pleaded with friends for a private plane, and her lawyers pleaded with the judge to forgive the unforeseen events, but her friends didn’t pull through, and the judge didn’t give a crap.
Judge Marsha Revel has issued a bench warrant at the Beverly Hills courthouse this morning for Lindsay’s arrest. We doub’t she’ll try and flee, and will likely turn herself in when she gets back, but the stipulations of her bail might be enough to make her reconsider the other option…
Reportedly, if Lindsay is able to post the $100,000 bail , she will be released with the following baggage;
No drinking permitted until after a formal probation hearing, a SCRAM device on her leg that monitors the body’s alcohol levels at all times of the day, and random drug testing once a week.
It might not be real jail, but once Lindsay has that SCRAM device around her ankle, don’t expect to be seeing her out. SCRAM bracelets are not a hot trend this season.
She might as well just stay in jail. At least the food is free!
