You know how there’s the easy days at work, and the hard days at work? Well for Shawn Chapman Holley, we have to believe that representing Nicole Richie in court is an easy day at work, compared to representing Lindsay Lohan in court, which is the latter.
Holley was in court in LA this morning but for once it wasn’t due to a Lohan SCRAM alert.
It was rather to discuss Nicole Richie’s probation. Nicole has been taking her alcohol education course since her 2006 DUI, but has twice gotten excused leave of absence for the birth of her children, Harlow, and Sparrow.
Originally supposed to terminate next month, Nicole’s probation has been extended until March 2011, but the judge noted that it can be shortened upon completion of her alcohol education class.
A report from the alcohol education program reportedly calls her attitude “excellent.”
