Most of you probably didn’t know George Clooney had a new film coming out this weekend, but apparently a lot of you did!
George’s latest film, The American, came out this weekend to take the box office from the star studded ‘Machete.’
Many thought the new Robert Rodriguez film had won at the BO this weekend, with one of it’s stars, Lindsay Lohan, tweeting:
“Its a beautiful day in la to have a hit film!!! Congrats to all of the cast, crew, & production team of #MACHETE !! Danny Trejo is fantastic”
Clooney’s film brought in a little over $16 million, while ‘Machete’ came in second with just over $14 million.
