Though a lot of the time lately it’s been tweets of regrets for this surgery, or pain from that surgery, today was all about massaging her breast implants!
Heidi wrote: “Giving my self a soft tissue breast massage. Ladies we have to keep those implants soft.”

Yesterday, it was more of a cautionary surgery tale to her followers, tweeting: “Warning: to anyone who is thinking about getting their ears pinned. I learned after the fact it is the most painful surgery a person can get.”
I would bet that most girls aren’t thinking about it though, actually…
