See if you believe this one: Spencer is sorry. Since the sex tape buzz has tapered and it’s been a good couple weeks since Pratt has been on the top of the news pile, he’s decided to do the one thing we least expect, apologize. After working so hard to convince us that he doesn’t have a soul and now he’s claiming to have done some “soul-searching” in an apology statement he issued to People. He then Twittered a link to the People piece. He went on to say, “”I horribly embarrassed the one person that meant the world to me. For my outrageous and infantile behavior, I offer Heidi my most sincere apologies.” The truly sorry apologize to someone by picking up the phone and calling them directly, so we’re going to take this one with a grain of salt.
