Russell Brand Cleared in Paparazzi Smack Down

Prosecutors have decided to not charge Russell Brand after he shoved a photographer who was trying to shoot up the skirt of his fiance, Katy Perry, last month.

Brand will still have to attend a hearing on November 19th with the photographer present, but things are looking good for him.

Explains L.A. City Attorney’s Office spokesman Frank Mateljan: “This is the only action as of now. Based on the info, it has been determined that this is the most appropriate action at this time.”
