Tomorrow, tomorrow, it’s only a day away!
It’s likely the day Lindsay Lohan has been NOT looking forward to. The day she will face Judge Eldin Fox over her probation violation.
Even though Lindsay has spent almost the past thirty days at the Betty Ford Clinic getting treatment for her addiction, sources are claiming her lawyers are in a last minute scramble to meet with the judge before the hearing, and just get Lindsay another ordered thirty days at Betty Ford to avoid jail.
However, the Judge will not let them take a chance at persuasion according to a source:
“The judge won’t meet with Shawn ahead of time to say what he is planning,” the source said. “They were hoping he’ll give her 30 more days at Betty Ford, but because of this odd silence, they are kind of expecting the worst from him.”
Lindsay has already been locked up twice for this ordeal, with the second time only being a few hours, but the judge has wanted her in jail both times, so they are expecting the same this time around.
