Entertainment Weekly has your first look at Chris Evans all decked out in his Captain America suit for The First Avenger.
Evans, who is currently in London filming the movie told the mag that he was back and fourth over weather or not to take the part, and he declined three times before finally taking the meeting with Marvel that changed his mind.
He was reluctant to play CA because he had already played a character in a Marvel film, playing The Human Torch in Fantastic Four.
“I can’t believe was almost too chicken to play Captain America.” Evans tells the magazine.
Captain America: The First Avenger will take place in 1942 when America is taking on the Nazi’s and will set up the 2012 ‘Avengers’ film, teaming up all of the Marvel super heroes together.
