Wesley Snipes is in hot water with the law, and his destination is prison!
A Florida Judge ruled today that Snipes must surrender and start serving a three year sentence for tax related crimes.
Snipes was convicted in 2008 on three misdemeanor charges of failing to file his tax returns.
In a statement through his lawyer, Snipes said he is “very disappointed but staying strong.”
