Lindsay Lohan has one thing to be thankful for this year. The Betty Ford Clinic has given her a 15 hour day pass for the holiday.
It’s not the New York holiday she had hoped for. But surely shell be able to scrounge up one friend in this town for some turkey and some mashed potatoes.
Only about a month and some change left in her rehab stay!!!
