She may have not been the actual center of a sextape scandal, but now Zooey Deschanel is waging a legal battle against shoe designer Steve Madden.
The actress is claiming that the company screwed her out of an endorsement deal that she made with them in August of this year.
According to the legal docs, a deal was made for 2 million dollars, but when the retailers wouldn’t pony up that type of money, they renegotiated for 1.5 which she was never paid.
Deschanel is suing for 2 million dollars.
We have a feeling she’s going to get paid here!
