Maybe this is part of her spending X-mas with Jennifer Aniston, but Courteney Cox is reportedly urging David Arquette to enter rehab!
A friend of the Cox-Arquette family tells our pals at Kikster.com:
“Everyone is fed up with David ‘blaming’ his separation to Courteney just to go out and partying like a college frat boy. He just hasn’t stopped and friends, as well as Courteney are really putting pressure on him to go into rehab before something bad happens.”
It’s been widely reported that it’s David who want’s to get the fam back together, but it’s Courteney holding out on him. Maybe with good reason.
The source adds:
“Basically, the guy’s been acting like a total immature idiot. His older classy wife Courteney Cox(46) has been mortified by his actions,” a friend tells kikster and “she has even suggested that he go to REHAB!” David(39) has told a friend that he has been “drowning his sorrows in drinking and partying and wakes up feeling like an idiot- not remembering the night before!”
“The truth is David is completely lost without Courteney and is convinced that she is seeing her “Cougar Town” co-star, Brian Van Holt. Friends are really worried that he just can’t pull himself together and needs professional help. David’s actions are beyond embarrassing to Courteney. Right now, David is still in denial but his hard core partying is spiraling him down a really bad path”
We hope they get it squared away! Especially in time to promote Scream 4!
