Tim Burton’s #1 is heading up his campaign to recieve a knighthood by the British monarchy.
Burton has lived in the UK ever since he shot Sleepy Hollow there, and Helena Bonham Carter thinks he deserves an honorary Knighthood for the work he’s done there, including creating jobs.
She tells The Times magazine: “They should give him a knighthood. An honorary one would be fine. He has done so much for Britain, he’s employed so many people. Practically all his movies are made here because he loves British craftsmanship.”
We agree, Team Tim for Knighthood.
