Sarah Pain Responds to Arizona Shootings

Sarah Palin has responded to the shootings in Arizona with an 8 minute video defending herself.

Palin came under fire after a graphic on her website for SarahPAC  had Arizona and Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords in her “crosshairs.”

in the video Sarah explains:

“We must reject the idea that every time a law is broken, society is guilty rather than the lawbreaker … Acts of monstrous criminality stand on their own, they begin and end with the criminals who commit them … not with law abiding citizens who respectively exercise their first amendment rights at campaign rallies.”

The former Alaska Governor adds, “We are better than the mindless finger pointing we endured in the wake of the tragedy.”

We agree there should be no finger pointing over someones irresponsible and horrible decisions, however “crosshairs” may not have been the best use of imagery for the graphic either.

Way to go Sarah by stoking the fire even more with an anti-semitic remark. Instead of smiling and nodding while talking about murders and national tragedies, try having some humility. I was compelled to create a visual commentary of her political rhetoric and it’s effects on my artist’s blog at http://dregstudiosart.blogspot.com/2011/01/sarah-palin-made-me-do-it.html. Drop by and let me know what you think.

Does she even know what “blood libel” Means. I agree she isn’t responsible for the shooting in arizona but i wish her handlers would at least take a look at what she plans to say before she says something stupid (which seems to happen every time she opens her mouth)
