Cher isn’t too happy about her Oscar snub, and she’s been tweeting about it!
Left out of the Oscar category for Best Original Song for her movie Burlesque, Cher writes:
“We didn’t get a nomination 4 best song! That sucks! Diane’s song is so beautiful! It’s hard to understand how u win the Golden Globe 4 Best Song & not even get nominated by the Oscars?” and “Maybe she would have had a better chance if someone else was singing it ?! It just can’t b her song.”
The Golden Globes are not the Oscars. This is not the first time something like this has happened, Cher.
In fairness, they probably should have been nominated, but such is life.
