We showed you the pre-Letterman Twitter leak of the Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue yesterday when a woman caught a peek of the billboard out of her office window while they were pre-taping the segment for the show, and now here is the real thing.
The cover features model Irina Shayk and she was a good choice!
Shayk is the girlfriend of famous footballer Christiano Ronaldo, and was on hand at David Letterman’s show to help present the top ten list and reveal the cover.
Turns out it was a surprise to her!
“There were 10 models there to do the Top 10 List, and nobody knows until the last minute who the cover will be,” Shayk said. “And then I saw it, and I couldn’t believe it,” Shayk says.
The Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue is available Tuesday on news stands everywhere .
