Lindsay Lohan was in court again this morning to deal with the ongoing necklace drama, where no plea was taken and she dodged jail time again.
Lohan will have two weeks to decide what to do next. On March 25th Lindsay will face Judge Stephanie Sautner where she can plead no contest or not guilty, and head to trial, or she could take the plea in the mean time, and spend what’s rumored to be three months in jail.
If Lohan takes the court date and pleads not guilty or no contest, it will be up to Judge Sautner during an April 22 hearing to decide if Lohan violated probation or not, an infraction which very likely did. The Judge has made it very clear to Lindsay that there will be jail time involved regardless of the outcome, almost urging her to take the plea deal.
If Lindsay Lohan is smart, she’ll take the plea and get on with the show. If she REALLY believes she’s innocent, hopefully she can present a heck of a case in court!
