Witherspoon will marry movie business executive Jim Toth on March 26th during a sunset ceremony at a private ranch in Ojai, California.
A source tells Us Magazine, “The wedding will be in the early evening in one of the fields behind the house.”
Witherspoon will reportedly wear a Monique Lhuillier gown for the ceremony.
