Michael Lohan entered a not guilty plea this afternoon in a Beverly Hills court house on the suspicion of charges that he assaulted ex girlfriend Kate Major during a physical altercation.
Lohan was arrested on March 21 after an argument with Major became physical. As you would expect, Lohan claims that Kate Major is the one who actually got physical with him, and that he did nothing.
His trial is set to begin on July 5th.
