Halle Berry has emerged victorious in her custody battle with Gabriel Aubry.
Berry and Aubry were in court over their custody agreement with their daughter, Nahla, when it comes down to “the movie clause” that has to do with the child traveling with Halle when she is filming on location.
The judge chose Halle’s case, meaning Aubry isn’t going to get as much custody time as he had hoped for.
Berry will be jetting off to Europe soon to shoot a film.
