Reese Witherspoon won’t be pressing any charges against the 84 year old woman who hit her with a car on Wednesday in Los Angeles.
Witherspoon’s rep told Us Weekly that the actress was not seriously injured, and was currently resting at home.
A source adds,
“The incident is being treated as an accident. The driver was not given an alcohol test at the accident scene and typically she would receive a fine and a point on her driving license as it is considered a moving violation.”
Reese reportedly only suffered a cut on her forehead, and will not be forced to miss any work due to injuries sustained.
