Lindsay Lohan, it’s your lucky day!
Lohan was sentence to jail this morning for violating her probation. The terms of the sentence from Stephanie Saunter were that Lindsay was to spend 30 days behind bars, with no early release and no house arrest.
However, a spokesperson for the Sheriff’s dept has revealed that that ruling will not stand if the federal court has anything to do with it.
The rule states that if there is jail overcrowding, those serving less than 90 days must be released immediately.
Saunter would have been better off serving up house arrest! How ever did she let this law slip through the cracks when trying to make her stern message?
Lindsay has until November 9 to turn herself in, so if the deal is going to be this sweet, why not do it today!
