Insane Clown Posse Facing $2 Million Dollar Lawsuit Over Stolen Tunes

The Insane Clown Posse is having the worst week ever!

We first must commend the clowns for a career that spans more than 20 years with no fading, but two events of this week have kicked them square in the juggalos.

A company has filed a $2 million lawsuit against Shaggy 2 Dope and Violent J over allegations the band sampled copyrighted Halloween-themed music on various tracks without permission.

Entity Productions, which sells and licenses various gothic recordings around the world has said in their suit that the group illegally samples portions of works created by the group Midnight Syndicate.  They believe portions of seven songs have been used with out consent and are seeking damages of $2.1 million dollars.

On top of that, the FBI has officially classified “juggalos,” which are fans of the group who like to paint their faces and spray soda pop on one another as a gang.

The gangs unit labels Juggalos as a “violent” group with chapters popping up all over the USA.

Juggalos find themselves on the list of “non-traditional” gangs, which also includes the famous Latin Kings.
