Mariah Carey’s Post Baby Body Revealed

Mariah Carey has gotten back to solid form after giving birth to twins!

Carey covers the new issue of Us Magazine with the headline “I Got My Body Back.” and boasts a day-to-day plan that anyone can do.

Carey, who is the new face of Jenny Craig, tells the magazine, “I gained an enormous amount of weight. It was a huge blessing to be able to have the babies, but I felt trapped in my body because I couldn’t move.”

In July, Carey started the Jenny Craig diet, limiting herself to just 1500 calories per day in order to lose the excess weight.

“When I started with the program, I lost at least 30 pounds of weight that needed to be lost… The diet is 90 per cent of it,” she says.

Mariah lost 40 additional pounds, and you can read how in the new issue of Us Weekly, on news stands Friday.
