Lawyers for beauty firm TRIA are suing Kim for false advertisement in her endorsement deal for their hair removal product.
The suit claims that Kardashian is misleading consumers with false claims that shes the spokesperson for home laser hair removal system TRIA.
Kardashian is also coming under fire for boasting that the product cancels the need for razors or shaving cream, despite its instructions reportedly noting that it should be used in conjunction with shaving.
Radiant executives are asking Kardashian to stop making the claims and are suing the brunette beauty for unspecified damages.
Whoever hired Kim to advertise this product took a risk, because I’m sure she never used Tria laser hair removal.
That’s why she did this mistake….luckily they were smart and now I’m sure they’ll win the lawsuit because everything is on their side…including video proves:))
Everyone will think twice before hiring Kim to advertise a product.
