Lindsay Lohan has been vacationing in Hawaii this week, and it’s caused her schedule to be a bit messed up.
Lohan was supposed to be back in LA today to film an appearance on Ellen, where her Playboy cover was to be revealed, however “travel related issues” have caused her to miss her flight back to LA.
No worries though, Lindsay’s rep insists she will be back in time for her follow up with Judge Stephanie Saunter in Los Angeles on Wednesday.
