Halle Berry is asking permission from an LA County judge to move from Los Angeles to France.
TMZ has unearthed new court documents in which Berry is asking permission to move her daughter Nahla, to France, where her new boyfriend Olivier Martinez is from.
According to the report, the three year old Nahla’s father, Gabriel Aubry, opposes the move and a hearing is pending on the matter.
Berry and Aubry have been in a custody battle over their daughter since splitting.
