The legendary Dick Clark has passed away at age of 82.
Reps for Clark have reported to TMZ that the TV icon had been in St. John’s hospital in L.A. after undergoing an outpatient procedure on Tuesday night.
The ‘Rockin’ New Years Eve’ host suffered a “massive” heart attack following the procedure, and attempts to resuscitate him were unsuccessful.
