It’s been a few months since Sacha Baron Cohen spilled an urn full of “Kim Joeng Il’s” ashes on Ryan Seacrest’s tuxedo on the Oscars red carpet, and for the first time since, Seacrest has spoken with the actor about the incident.
During filming of “Saturday Night Live” over the weekend, Seacrest spoke with Baron Cohen’s wife, Isla Fisher, who apologized t the Idol host for the incident. Then Cohen himself said he was sorry.
Seacrest explained how it all went down on his radio program, saying, “He was very, very apologetic and genuine and kind and sweet. He was still wearing The Dictator stuff so it was strangely ironic, but then he started to telling me how it all went down.”
