After unloading their $49 million dollar estate to Ryan Seacrest in a deal that closed earlier this week, Ellen DeGeneres and Portia Di Rossi have downgraded.
The couple has moved into a modest 8,500 sqft estate valued around $18 million dollars in Beverly Hills.
The house features a rectilinear swimming pool, a number of patios, 4 bedrooms, and 6 baths.
Even as a downgrade for them, that would be quite the upgrade to a lot of people!
