In spite of John Travolta’s personal troubles as of late, production is set to move forward on the ‘Gotti’ film, but not with Lindsay Lohan.
Lohan was originally rumored to be appearing in the film, but a rep for the actress has confirmed that she will no longer be a part of the production.
Steve Honig reveals, “I can confirm that Lindsay has not signed on to be a part of the John Gotti movie, nor is she in talks to join the cast.
It does not look like an agreement can be made. Lindsay’s representatives and film producers were unable to come to an agreement. Lindsay has the utmost respect for [director] Barry Levinson and the producers and hopes to work with them in the future and wishes them all the best.”
Lohan is currently shooting ‘Liz & Dick’ for Lifetime, and the first images of the actress as Elizabeth Taylor have been revealed, leaving viewers excited to see her portrayal of the Hollywood icon.
‘Liz & Dick’ will premiere November 3rd on Lifetime.
