Amanda Bynes is threatening a lawsuit against inTouch Magazine over an article that appeared online suggesting that the former actress walked around a New York City tanning salon completely naked.
The story was first published Thursday, and the magazine reported that Bynes “caused quite a scene” during her recent trip to Beach Bum Tanning in NYC when she walked through the main salon area completely naked.
A source told the magaizine that Bynes purchased a spray tan session and got all set up in her room, but then re-emerged to the lobby naked “in search of goggles.”
The source said, “She walked out of the room completely naked. She didn’t seem to care that everyone saw her naked. She seemed totally out of it.”
Bynes is facing legal trouble of her own for a DUI and a couple of hit-and-runs, as well as driving on a suspended license, with photo evidence of drug use, but as for the naked salon story, Bynes is claming, “That’s not true, I’ll sue.”
