Court Rules Britney Spears Still Unfit to Control Her Own Affairs

The court ruled last week for control of  the financial and personal affairs of pop princess Britney Spears to be retained by her father Jamie Spears.  The judge acknowledged the strides that Britney has made pver the last couple years but said that Spears is still “susceptible to undue influence.”  During the initial ruling in 2008 when Britney went off the rails and was hospitalized for psychiatric treatment her lawyers fought the courts decision to give control to her father.
