Usher and his wife have been split up since July 2008 according to court documents filed last week in their divorce papers.
So now it’s time to divi up the stuff, kids included.
Luckily the R&B singer and his estranged wife are keeping things civil, and he’s only seeking joint custody of the couples two sons.
